01 / Architectural
Architectural Manuals can be created following a Standard Format Layout or as per the outlined within the "Section 01-78-XX Operation and Maintenance Data Manuals" of most construction specification books.
These manuals include Mylar tabs that reflect references from the architectural specification section, and will include certifications, maintenance brochures and shop drawings.
02 / Mechanical
Mechanical Manuals can be created
either following the Standard Mechanical Format or an Alberta Infrastructure Layout.
These manuals include Mylar tabs that reflect references to mechanical, certifications and shop drawings, as well as, description of systems, maintenance schedules, maintenance brochures and spare parts lists where available.
03 / Electrical
Electrical Manuals can be created following a Standard Format Layout or as listed in most construction specification books.
These manuals include Mylar tabs that reflect references to electrical, certification and shop drawings, as well as, description of systems, maintenance schedules, maintenance brochures and spare parts lists where available and panel directories.

OUR SAFETY STORY
My parents have been owners of their own construction company for 47 years. I see how frustrated my dad gets when anyone approaches the topic of safety around him. It is not that he is non-compliant, he takes every precaution to protect his workers and has NEVER had a lost time incident, it is because he doesn’t understand it or how to navigate through it.
I have several years experience working as a safety advisor and professional for multiple small to medium size companies. I have developed programs specific to what their company does.
Having a safety manual that is not reflective of what your company actually does puts your workers at greater risk of an injury, or worse. Take this scenario for instance... Would it be acceptable to send a Sous Chef to do a Frac walk?
I enjoy helping those mom and pop shops or small business owners, begin their path through this process and see how proud they are to tell their clients they are now SECOR or COR certified.

OUR O&M STORY
I love to assemble Operation and Maintenance Manuals. I did my first manual back in 2007 and by the time I left the construction company I was with, I had completed over a hundred and still had 10 – 15 manuals on the go. I started A.M.E. Manual Solutions in January of 2012.
I have worked with many Construction Managers, as well as, Mechanical and Electrical Contractors to provide operation and maintenance manuals for the projects they have completed.
